How to Install & Activate eSIM on Apple iPhone (iOS 17/18)
Step-by-step guide to installing and activating a ConnectMeGuru travel eSIM on iPhone 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, and SE.

Step 1: Check Carrier Lock Status
Go to Settings > General > About. Ensure "Carrier Lock" shows "No SIM restrictions".

Step 2: Scan Your ConnectMeGuru QR Code
Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add eSIM > Select "Use QR Code" and scan the QR code from your confirmation email.

Step 3: Label Your Travel eSIM
Name your new line (e.g. "CMG Travel Data") to keep it separate from your Primary SIM.

Step 4: Enable Data Roaming Upon Arrival
When arriving at your destination, select your CMG eSIM for Cellular Data and toggle "Data Roaming" to ON.
