ConnectMeGuru Satisfaction Guarantee We want your global connection to be seamless. Because our products are digital, our refund policy depends on the "Activation Status" of the eSIM.

 

Condition

Refund Eligibility

Un-scanned eSIM

 

100% Refund. If you haven't scanned the QR code or installed eSim, you can cancel for a full refund within 30 days.

 

Technical Failure

 

Full Refund or Replacement. If the eSIM fails to connect due to a network error or technical fault on our end, we will refund you after troubleshooting.

 

Data Already Used

 

No Refund. Once data has been consumed or the eSIM has successfully connected to a local network, we cannot issue a refund.

 

Incompatible / Locked Device

Case-by-Case. It is the customer's responsibility to check compatibility. If the QR code has not been scanned, we will refund.

 
Refunds to wallet are instant. For refund to original source of payment, you need to place a request manually by sending email to support@connectmeguru.com. Refunds to original payment source are generally processed except in those cases where wallet amount is credited due to promotional credits and similar credits. It generally takes 2 to 4 working days. It may take even longer due to various other reasons. Recharges/Top-ups are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once applied to an active ICCID.
